About Us
We are Burnt Sugar Collective.
Emma Bebb & Dominique Goltinger, partners in life, work and too many late-night ideas.

Home is a crooked cottage in a village near Frome where our two small children run rings round us and the garden herbs never quite keep up with Dom’s appetite for cooking. Everything we make, pour or post begins here – then travels to the long tables, hidden cloisters and farmhouse kitchens where we host you.

Dom grew up in Tokyo, trained in Vienna and spent twenty-plus years behind some of London’s most spirited stoves – from The Ivy and Bruno Loubet’s Bistro to Tuscan neighbourhood restaurant Maremma in Brixton and later Little Walcot, At the Chapel and The Newt in Somerset. Fire cooking is his love language; sustainable sourcing locally is his non-negotiable. Give him a two-mile stretch of wild garlic, a stack of Longleat Estate wood and a drizzle of new-season oil and he’s happy.

Emma speaks the language of stories and gatherings. Fifteen years in hospitality, ski and travel marketing means she knows how to make a menu sing, a space hum and a partnership sparkle – from Soho pop-ups and supper clubs in an old ice factory in Battersea, to restaurant openings and alpine press trips. If Dom is the flame, Emma is the fuel that keeps it bright and well-told.

Together we create season-led feasts, intimate supper clubs and honest marketing for fellow food folk. We source from West-Country growers, forage in Somerset woodlands, and pour wines that taste of the places they’re grown.
The aim is simple: good ingredients, cooked with care, shared with people who like their plates generous and their evenings unhurried.
