Alongside our year-round event catering and private chef work, we offer seasonal BBQ and open-fire cooking across Somerset, Bath, Bristol and the South West — including asado, the Argentine tradition of slow cooking over hardwood embers.

Whole cuts cooked low and long over the fire. Fish on the grill. Vegetables charred at the embers' edge. The kind of cooking that draws guests in and keeps them there — spectacular to watch, extraordinary to eat.

HOW IT WORKS
The asado grill comes to you. Dom and the Burnt Sugar team set up in your garden, outdoor space or venue, build the fire and manage the cook from start to finish. Available as a standalone BBQ feast or as part of a wider catering brief — and available for all group sizes, from an intimate garden dinner for 8 to a wedding feast for 150.
