A Winter's Table

Step into the warmth of the farmhouse for a winter gathering in the lead-up to Christmas. Burnt Sugar and The Stores invite you to Vallis Farm for an unhurried meal centred around the table - fires glowing, candles lit, and food designed to be shared.

This is winter cooking at its most generous: comforting dishes, thoughtful flavours and a sense of quiet celebration. The menu will take its lead from Vallis Farm’s produce and trusted local suppliers, brought together in a three-course shared menu that feels festive without excess.

Wines from independent makers, selected by The Stores, will be poured throughout, with bottles available to enjoy on the day or take home.
