Txoko: A Basque Supper Club

We went to San Sebastián and never really came back. The pintxos bars, the fire-cooked meat, bottles of Txakoli and the long, balmy evenings - so we're bringing a little of that to Frome, on the terrace of the town's newest addition.

Communa has just opened its doors, and its beautiful terrace is doing a very good impression of making us feel we’re somewhere much further south. We're joining forces for the night, firing up the asado grill, and building a table the Basque way: small plates first, then something straight off the embers.
